The fee you pay for the new tenant is referred to as a Lease Success Fee. Our Lease Success Fee is equal to half of one month's rent. That is the only fee we charge and it is only charged when a tenant who we refer to your property signs a lease. Our referrals come in the form of an email which a prospective tenant fills out on our website while viewing your listing. If you have multiple properties, we can also send referrals to each property manager on-site while copying you in on every message.

Once the tenant signs a lease with you, he or she will then be eligible for a $100 Gift Card of their choice paid for by Cleveland Apartment Finders. They can select their pre-paid gift card from over 100 Northeast Ohio area merchants.
