How will I receive responses?

When you post your apartment community online, you can choose the contact method that’s right for you. By default, the recommended "Schedule an Appointment" option, a prominent red button on your listing will be included with your apartment posting, allowing apartment seekers to contact you online directly via Cleveland Apartment Finders.

When an apartment seeker contacts you, you will receive an email that includes the submitted information along with a brief note from the prospective tenant. All submitted responses through Cleveland Apartment Finders are qualified leads. If you choose to follow up with the apartment seeker and they sign a lease, you will be obligated to pay our one-time Lease Success Fee.
